Crossing the Great Divide: The Journey of Self-Discovery
We are all on a grand and glorious journey of self-discovery. Are you prepared for this journey? In my presentation, we will explore the following areas that help us prepare for all the ups and downs of life, such as divorce, through Acceptance, Expecting Change, Needs Assessment, Identifying Resources and Willingness.
Have you defined your journey? We will reflect on the following: You are here; Where are you going? Making choices, making changes, making memories, and making friends along the way; and focus.
Then, we will explore the realistic nature of self-discovery, knowing it doesn’t happen all at once. Our topics will include choosing self; setting intention; giving ourselves some credit and claiming it!
